In the first edition of the new Trilogy event series at the Nieuwe Instituut, the authors of three different publications shared their perspectives on a given theme.

 

Katažyna Jankovska talked about her book If a Tree Falls in a Forest, a collection of interviews on artistic experiments and scientific research to explore the contours of human sensoria.

 

Video artist Mirte van Duppen talked with editor Jenneke Harings and one of the publication's co-creators Bernke Klein Zandvoort about the project and its theme using video footage from her work. In addition, poet and essayist Bernke read from her contribution to the publication.
